This 7 hour class is to release our past and reset for the new year. Join women like you, get in touch with your spiritual side, breathe through experiences and release them through yoga, reiki, thai chi, drum circle, and voice.

This is a 60 minute class, setting our intention and then flowing through sun A and sun B, a core series, balancing standing series and hip & spine opening then savasana. This class is beginner friendly but with some experienced moves!
